A boarding house offers completely furnished apartments for rent plus service.

These apartments offer more space and comfort than a hotel, more privacy, and they cost less. Given people's increasing mobility requirements, it often doesn't pay to furnish an empty apartment for just a limited time span.

Our apartments provide all our guests, who are in greater Cologne for a shorter or longer time, a comfortable home in a pleasant and secure environment where they can enjoy a high quality of life.

Furnishing of the apartments

The apartments are individually furnished and decorated, their style is elegant and shows a lot of personal taste. You will feel at ease at once in a cozy ambiance with its high quality interior design, and you may even be in the mood for inviting guests from time to time.

All apartments are designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people with an additional bed to be easily provided on request. The standard equipment includes al fully-equipped kitchen with microwave-oven, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc. The appliances of some of the apartments include a dish-washer.

In each of our buildings, there are laundry facilities available, such as washing-machines and tumble dryers. 

Each apartment has cable TV, stereo equipment, a radio alarm clock, a direct dial telephone line with an individual phone number, and a workspace with a high speed DSL internet access.

All apartments have an individual doorbell and a letter box.
