What does Boardinghouse mean?

A Boardinghouse consist of completely furnished apartments with a fully equipped kitchen/-line.

Our apartments offer more space and comfort than a hotel, a maximum of privacy and independance and they are, on the longer sight, much cheaper than a comparable room and much more comfortabel and individual.

In regard of the increasing requirement of mobility in the career, it often doesn´t pay to furnish an empty apartment for just a limited period of time.

For all our guests who are in greater Cologne for a longer or not predictable period of time, our apartments provide a comfortable home in a pleasant and secure enviroment. In comfort-boardinghouse you can enjoy a high quality of life.

The 24 furnished apartments from which you can choose your favorite, are situated in small building units in a selected location.

All of our apartments are individually furnished and decorated. You will feel comfy in a private atmosphere and may even be in the mood to invite some guests from time to time.

Our apartments provide up to five beds, in some flats it is possible to place an additional bed. All our kitchens are fully equipped with all kitchen facilities you may need. The standard equipment includes a microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Some of the apartments have a dishwasher installed.

All our apartments are equipped with high-speed WiFi and satellite TV. The license fees for TV are payed by Comfort-Boardinghouse as long as you do not register in the Town of Cologne. Otherwise you have to bear the costs according to the regulation for fees.

For all our apartments we provide a laundry room with washingmaschines and dryers upon payment of € 3,00 per use.
