All our furnished apartments in Siegfriedstraße are located near the center of Rodenkirchen with its marketplace, but nevertheless they are situated in a very quiet and green area. The promenade along the Rhine is just a walk of 5 minutes away. By train and by car you will reach the center of Cologne in about 15 minutes, the way to Bonn is around 20 minutes by car and 25 minutes by train and the airport is just 15 minutes away.

Booking is free of commission

Our prices are net prices. For contracts with a span less than 6 months we are legally bound to charge a sales tax of 7 % on top. The usual notice period is 4 weeks to any day.

Since december the 1st of 2014 we are obliged to add a 5% rate to the gross invoice value for the so called “Kulturförderabgabe”. This surcharge does only effect private stays under 2 months. Please note, we also charge the local tax for work-related stays, if the completed form and, if applicable, the employer certificate are not available at least one week before the move-in date. If your stay is job-related please download and fill in the appropriate form
